What information do you need for a quote?
Please send your artwork or logo (vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are best), the letter height or overall sign size, quantity, face and trim colors, finish, and whether it will be installed indoors or outdoors. Mounting details and your location help us estimate shipping.
How long does a quote take?
Most quotes are returned within 24 hours, typically with a mockup and a clear breakdown of costs.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum — we manufacture single signs and full building packages. Wholesale pricing improves with larger quantities.
What is the production lead time?
Typical lead time is 7–15 working days after approval, depending on the sign type, quantity and complexity. Rush production can be discussed for urgent projects.
Which file formats do you accept?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, CDR and high-resolution images. If you only have a sketch or a low-resolution logo, our engineering team can prepare production-ready artwork.
Are the signs suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Outdoor signs use 201/304 stainless steel or aluminum, waterproof LED modules, sealed returns and fluorocarbon or powder-coated finishes. For coastal areas we recommend 304 stainless steel and drainage holes.
What warranty do you provide?
We provide a manufacturer warranty covering LED modules and workmanship under normal use. Warranty details are confirmed with your order, and spare LED modules and parts can be supplied.
How are signs shipped?
Signs are packed in foam-filled cartons or custom wooden crates for protection. We ship by express, air or sea, and we regularly export to the US, Canada, Europe and other regions.
Are the signs easy to install?
Yes. Letters are supplied with mounting templates, hardware and wiring instructions. Most sign shops install them directly; we can provide remote support for installers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (T/T), major credit cards and PayPal. Standard terms are a deposit to confirm production, with the balance before shipping.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Samples are available and can be produced before a larger order; the sample cost can often be credited against a bulk order.
Can you match my brand colors and fonts?
Yes. We match acrylic colors, LED color temperatures, paint finishes and fonts to your brand guidelines.
