These Terms of Service govern your use of the VYSIGN website and the purchase of custom signage products.
Orders & Quotations
All signs are custom manufactured to the customer's specifications. A quotation is valid for the period stated, and an order is confirmed once the deposit is received and artwork is approved.
Artwork & Approvals
Customers are responsible for ensuring that artwork, text, sizes and colors are correct at the approval stage. Production proceeds only after written approval, and changes after production begins may incur additional charges.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are provided in the quotation and may exclude taxes, duties and shipping unless stated. Standard terms require a deposit to begin production, with the balance due before shipment.
Lead Times
Lead times are estimates and begin after artwork approval and deposit. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs or events beyond our control.
Shipping & Risk
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be raised promptly with the carrier and our team.
Warranty
Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use as stated in the order. The warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification or normal wear.
Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they have the rights to all artwork supplied. All trademarks and logos supplied remain the property of their owners.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products ordered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
